The hotel offered a festive Christmas dinner, and even had a Santa Claus visit for the kids. The indoor hot springs were relaxing, and we enjoyed using the provided cotton kimonos. The hotel was located near a charming traditional village, with interesting museums and historical sites to explore.
The hotel felt outdated, with a lack of attention from staff. They did not seem to take pride in their customer service.
